This trick comes from the schoolyard. Rhyming words have a lot of power for the simple fact they are easy to say, also because it takes intention and concentration to come up with a good rhyme. This is based on one that goes way back.
You believe you have a hex on you? To reverse a hex, get together a bible, a 4-inch white all purpose candle, a small bottle of uncrossing oil, and 8 shiny dimes.
You will be burning that white candle anointed with uncrossing oil while you prepare the dimes. I request an all purpose but if you can not find one use a votive, or last resort a tea light. At any rate, it don't have to burn long. Carve the person's name into the candle in small letters. If you don't know the name, write "return to my enemy".
Do you know the story of David and Goliath (1 Samuel 17)? Read it out loud while you are anointing the dimes with uncrossing oil.
Hold them between your hands and rub and meditate for 8 minutes while you are chanting "I'm rubber, you're glue and whatever you did bounces off me and sticks on you". After your 8 minutes Let the candle burn out on its own. It should go for a little more then about 2 hours.
Anoint it and meditate with it 8 minutes of every day for 8 whole days. You can do this without refreshing the candles if you want. The candles was just to get you started. If you know where the person lives or work, after the 8 days, go and toss the dimes somewhere close where they are and possibly will pick them up. If you don't know, find a river and throw them in flowing away from you. Last resort, storm drain.
